Devices for alignment of the half couplings and pulleys are available in two types but Baltech has produced a new unique system, which includes three devices simultaneously.
The new system BALTECH SA-4200 includes vibration meter, device for pulley alignment and laser module for the alignment of the shaft of horizontal and vertical machines.
The new system includes unique ultra-precision calibrated shims BALTECH-23458N, Small.

Alignment of the half coupling and pulleys should be performed with the self- leveling chocks BALTECH DM-3 and calibrated measuring gauges BALTECH FG-83 (FG-84, FG-85, FG-86).
To determine the "soft foot" you can use our magnetic rack with a dial indicator or digital display BALTECH Digital.
The alignment devices BALTECH LL-9120 Series also allows performing check of foundation flatness, straightness and alignment of bores of sleeve bearings, as well as check of parallelism and straightness of guides.
