Pump setting must be carried out using the diagnostics equipment, balancing and alignment equipment.

- To perform balancing and adjustment of the pumps (rotors) we recommend that you use the balancing machines BALTECH HBM-7110 Series, analyzer - balancers BALTECH VP-3470 to perform the final balancing.
- For laser alignment during the pump repair we recommend using a new multifunctional system BALTECH SA-4200 (for alignment of pulleys and shaft, vibration measurement);
- Setting and commissioning of the pumps should always be carried out with the precision calibrated alignment shims BALTECH-23458N Series or adjustable chocks BALTECH DM-4;
- We recommend that you perform the vibration diagnostics using the stationary wireless systems of online monitoring CSI 9420 or portable vibration analyzers CSI 2140 with the Vib View software.
- Mounting and dismounting of the bearings during the pump repair should be carried out using the induction heaters BALTECH HI (Heater Induction) Series.
