Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Controlling quality metrics system and improve KPIs in the Value Streams
• Meeting or exceeding manufacturing targets and supporting quality documentation conformance of deliveries
• Recommending, developing improvements to support the business, maximizing operations efficiency and avoid cost of poor quality
• Checking and having the production data correctly registered also for clear scrap registration
• Bringing forward best practices and know-how and helps implementing these along the value stream on an integrated way
• Working on the investigation of Customer claims with multidisciplinary teams, than initiating, coordinating preventive/corrective actions, aroused either from daily routine, or Customer claims, or supplier deviations
• Confirming efficiency of the introduced corrective and preventive actions
• Working on suppliers’ topics such as project sample submission, evaluation, handling of nonconformities of purchased goods
• Improving quality processes and determining essential controls (measuring tools, poka-yoke) SOPs, tests, etc.

Requirements:
• At least College graduated (degrees in mechanical engineering/quality management)
• At least 3 years of quality operations experience in manufacturing environment
• Solid knowledge of English, German is an advantage
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Problem solving and proactive attitude
