We are searching for a Finance Business Partner Europe - Hungary. Our Principal delivers innovative farming solutions and technology to farmers around the world.
Purpose of Role
Purpose of role is to spearhead the Finance team at our Principal for Europe Region. The right candidate for this role will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, financial aptitude, excellent business intuition, and the capability to work at multiple levels, including high level strategy and day-to-day financial details. This candidate must effectively partner with all stakeholders and drive & deliver finance objectives set by the business.
Qualification and Experience
ICFA/MBA Finance with 15+ Yrs. of relevant experience in similar business partner-oriented roles, focused on Management accounting / Financial Planning and Analysis. Experience from Manufacturing / Life Sciences / Agriculture / Food Industries would be preferred.
Technical Skills Required
• Understanding on various taxation rules, financial legislation & Tax filings process etc.
• Hands on experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, ABS) especially with FICO & MM Modules
• Proven leadership skills, self-motivated and having team leading potential
• Articulate and concise with strong communication skills
• English is mandatory, Hungarian Language one of the East European languages (e.g. Romanian) is a plus.
