We are searching for a HR Business Partner Hungary (Europe). Our Principal delivers innovative farming solutions and technology to farmers around the world.
Major objectives:
• To manage HR related works.
• To manage and develop assigned projects.
• To ensure that all work-related activities are carried out in a manner consistent with the company’s

Requirements
• MBA (HR) or MHRM
• 8 – 10 years’ experience in HR function
• Good hands-on knowledge and appreciation of HR processes, policies and sub systems
• Should have experience in dealing with foreign nationals as well.
Skills
• Excellent communications & interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact confidently with Senior Leadership
• Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse teams.
• Knowledge of local regulations & laws along with multi country exposure in e.g. Romania, Turkey, Ukraine, Russia
• English is mandatory, Hungarian Language one of the East European languages (e.g. Romanian) is a plus.
