Reporting Specialist

Feladatok és tevékenységek
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working reporting specialist to manage logistics and financial reporting for our large ecommerce clients. The reporting specialist will be responsible for organizing and providing efficient operational and financial reports (both internal and external), resolving discrepancies and data quality issues, investigating cause of losses and providing inputs for invoicing. A successful reporting specialist should be able to ensure efficient and cost-effective reporting solutions. You should also be able to promptly resolve issues and have strong communication skills.


Responsibilities
- Data entry, exports, imports
- End-to-end responsibility of logistics and financial reporting – both external to our
clients and internal to management team
- Investigating and resolving reporting and data quality issues
- Investigating and resolving billing issues, client disputes or complaints
- Providing feedback to partners, clients and internal colleagues / teams how to
improve our data quality, data tracking etc.
- Creating analysis and giving recommendations for improvement based on data
patterns and statistics
- Liaising with accounting, suppliers and clients
- Updating the company’s transportation management system
- Answering customer queries, provide regular updates

Követelmények
Requirements
- BA / BSc diploma required. Advantage if you have it in Finance or other related
fields
- 2+ years of experience in financial reporting required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – especially Microsoft Excel very advanced skills
are required and fast working ability (Pivot table, large data handling, data
validations, automated reporting dashboards etc.)
- Good to have experience in managing data warehouses, technical databases
and other business intelligence / data visualisation tools (Tableau, PowerBI etc.)
- Advantage if you have experience with any logistics management software, web
2.0 software, Slack, Google GSuite.
- Very precise administration skills, focus on accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to drive / coordinate issues up to resolution.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English

Vecsés/ XVIII. Budapest, Hungary
Work is mostly office-based with occasional home-office
