Feladatok és tevékenységek
Handle the daily administration tasks, keep up-to-date our database
Gain a clear understanding of the clients’ hiring requirements and needs, work closely with the

Customer Success Managers and the MatchMaker Sourcing Marketing Team to thoroughly understand positions and recruiting needs

Create and manage a professional pipeline of qualified candidates

Identify talent through creative sourcing channels and working together with our MatchMakers (e.g. social network, internet research, LinkedIn, Boolean search, etc.)

Develop creative recruiting tactics
Select suitable candidates and match them to the wide variety of exciting opportunities

Own relationships with relevant groups and communities
Use accurately and continuously Talentuno admin system (Magellan) during your daily work

Come up with new ideas and new solutions to help us grow

Ongoing studies is a must
Experience on recruitment agency side is an advantage

The ability to listen, understand, learn and deliver results

Ability to continually seek new sourcing and recruitment options

Enthusiastic and hard-working person who wants career progression and the chance to move up within our business
Organized and able to work in a fast paced environment

Ambitious and hungry to be successful

A very innovative mindset, enthusiasm, curiosity and energy are a must

Openness to work at least 20 hours/ week
