Sourcing Team Leader | Budapest

Feladatok

- Gain a clear understanding of the clients’ hiring requirements and needs, work closely with the

- Customer Success Managers to thoroughly understand positions and recruiting needs

- Foster and cultivate an atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork across all relevant internal stakeholders

- Lead a team of sourcers, talent pooling and pipelining, managing team performance through effective direction and leadership including team meetings; 1:1 sessions and regular training

- Develop and manage recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics. Establish and track metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting team, hiring managers, interviewers, and referrers

- Identify talent through creative sourcing channels and working together with our MatchMakers (e.g. social network, internet research, LinkedIn, Boolean search, etc.)

- Develop and deploy sourcing strategies that meet business needs

- Identify talent acquisition trends and implement new approaches when appropriate.

- Develop creative recruiting tactics
Come up with new ideas and new solutions to help us grow

- Proactive cooperation with other departments is a must

Követelmények

- Magyar Anyanyelvi

- Angol Haladó

- Bachelor's degree

- 4+ years of research experience

- 4+ years of experience conducting primary and secondary research utilizing qualitative and quantitative data

- Experience creating graphical representations of data

- At least one year experience managing projects

- Experience in or desire to lead and manage a team of researchers

- Demonstrated ability to teach and relay ideas, engage clients and work in a team

- The ability to listen, understand, learn and deliver results

- Ability to continually seek new sourcing and recruitment options
