Job location: Budapest, XI. district
Main responsibilities:
• Maintain customer relationships, understand customer needs and provide high quality service
• Manage and follow up customer orders
• Organize logistic activities and cooperate with carriers
• Proactively collaborate with production planners and supply chain specialists
• Support the sales team
• Handle customer claims and minimize their consequences
• Participating in the optimization of internal processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluency in German and at least intermediate level of English in verbal and writing
• User-level computer skills
Personal skills:
• Customer-centric mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Independent, precise work
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability, proactive thinking
• Ability to work in a team
