Feladatok és tevékenységek

•Continuously activate our network of MatchMakers

•Keep the MatchMaker network engaged

•Plan and implement MatchMaker sourcing campaigns across several countries (Hungary, Poland, and later UK), continous campaign management

•Deliver the target number of relevant candidates to open positions to Customer Success Teams

•Lead and manage a small team of awesome marketing and communications professionals and a group of third-party marketing service providers to reach your targets

Követelmények

- 5+ years of online marketing experience
- Proven track record of successful self-dependent digital marketing project management
-A “full-stack” digital campaign manager:

- Performance marketing
- Social media and viral marketing
- Referral / affiliate marketing
- Building audience and subscribers, raising engagement and conversion
- Analyzing, optimizing and prioritizing digital channels, scale and automate the sourcing process
- Understanding user experience and behavior
- Mobile application marketing is a plus
-International experience is an advantage
-Management experience with smaller teams (2-3 people) is an advantage
-Professional proficiency in written and verbal English
-Understanding business logic and be a curious, forever-learning, results-oriented growth-fanatic with high self-drive and confidence
-Experience with managing external resources (agencies and other sub-contractors/vendors)

- BA / BSc diploma
- Tapasztalat ebben a szakmában
5-8 év
