Feladatok és tevékenységek

- Responsible for correct staffing (volume/skills etc.), managing recruitment process and development of the team members
Monitor performance of team members

- End-to-end accountability for the Tactical Procurement operations
Acting as the primary escalation point for Stakeholders, manage query handling and issue resolution

- Monitoring the incoming volumes and planning the workload/capacity allocation

- Performing internal and external
audits

- Act as a role model in accordance with the BP Leadership Expectations

- Fluency in one other European language is an advantage

- Minimum 2 years proven experience in team leadership and operations management

- Minimum 3 years relevant Sourcing experience gained in a multinational environment

- Experience in complex, system-based and service oriented environment is essential

- Strong customer focus and stakeholder relationship management skills

- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across a global matrix organisations

- Passion to motivate, develop and retain people
